| Abstract(in English) | The present-day industrial society has been gradually revolved to the so-called cyber society. The information thchnology(abbreviated by IT)will play a central role for developing such cyber society. In this paper we point out the importance of the fundamental attituds required for our country for developing the cyber society. We finally present several commments for developing IT in our coutry. |
