Two-Dimensional Balanced Codes with Input Constraints in Three Directions

Abstract(in English) We propose input constraints in three directions for two-dimensional recording devices. We propose an encoding algorithm for a three directional input constraint which requires that the numbers of symbols in each direction should be balanced. We investigate the rate of the algorithm and the capacity of the set of two-dimensional arrays which satisfy the input constraint.
