Conditions of Group Delay Characteristic Restraining Amplitude Distortions of Two-Dimensional All-Pass FIR Filters

Abstract(in English) Conventionally, two-dimensional all-pass FIR filters have the problem that it can't make the amplitude characteristics flat. This paper shows the filters have the amplitude distortions because of asyminetry and discontinuity group delay characteristics. First, a method of disign of two-dimensional all-pass FIR filters is shown and the assessement value of the amplitude distortions for the filters is defined. Next, conditions of group delay characteristic which restrain the amplitude distortions are also shown. Finally, a concreate example of the filters which restrain the amplitude distortions is shown.
