| 抄録(和) | 本稿では、重要度に応じたマルチメディア情報に対する階層型不均一誤り保護(UEP)方式において、各メディアに割り当てられる異なる畳込み符号の復号器選択誤りを軽減する方式を提案する。復号器選択誤りとは、受信側で選択された復号器が送信側で使われた符号器と対応していないという誤りである。使われた符号器を知らせる情報(符号器情報)を付加して復号器選択する方式と、GMD復号する際の信頼度を用いて復号器選択する方式を組み合わせた方式である。これらについて、計算機シミュレーションにより誤った復号器で復号してしまう確率(復号器選択誤り率)を求め、各方式を評価する。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes and investigates a method to reduce a decoder-selection-error(DSE) in convolutional codes assigned to every media in a layered un equal-error protection(UEP) system using various convolutional codes according to the importance of each medium inforamtion. DSE is an error that the decoder selected in a receriver does not correspond to the encoder used in a transmitter. The proposed method utilizes both the information which code is selected of and using the reliability of GMD decoding. Computer simulation is applied for evaluating DSE of the proposed method in comparison with a conventional method. |
