Abstract(in English) A new Type I Hybrid-ARQ scheme with a convolutional code and Vibter decoding is proposed,in which retransmission is requested based on estimated decoding error rate.The throughput and bit error rate are theoretically evaluated for the proposed system.It is shown that by using the packet combine scheme,a given error rate can be attained with good throughput.Furthermore,the throughput performance can be improved by retransmitting not all but a part of packet.
