Efficient maximum likelihood decoding algorithm for linear block codes on Z-channel

Abstract(in English) In photon-counting communication and memory systems,these channel are modeling as Z-channel.Recently it has been shown that some classes of linear codes can improve the reliability on Z- channel using maximum likelihood decoding(MLD)algorithm. We have proposed an efficient MLD algorithm for linear algebraic codes on the Z-channel.Later T.Uyematsu has also proposed the decoding algorithm using the ″projecting″ structure of the codes. In this paper we consider the computing complexities for these algorithms.
