| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose fast frequency-hopped PLL synthesizer that is the key to realize a spread spectrum modulation called frequency-hopping (FH-SS). This method has no VCO's phase error, and this circuit can apply on GHz band. Furthermore, the hopping frequency can be 1/2 reference frequency. |
