Abstract(in English) | In this propose a multiple block coded modulation (MBCM) scheme using modified Reed-Muller codes. The proposed scheme is based on the multilevel coding scheme, and modified Reed-Muller codes are used as component codes in all encoding levels. The trellis diagram is designed such that each branch has more than one symbol. It is shown by computer simulation that the proposed scheme can achieve better performance over the conventional scheme. |
