Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent multimedia telecommunications, moving images play a principal role of communications. In this report, we show a new payment distribution service for moving image. Furthermore, we propose a new emotional scrambling method of moving image which is suited for the system. In our method, only the moving blocks are scrambled by using a motion vector of MPEG coding. Since the scrambled image causes soft emotion to an observer, it has the advantage of getting a new contractor of the service. The scrambler can be implemented by software.
