Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Contents available in the Internet have been increasing in recent years. In flowing all this data through the Internet, bottlenecks leads to impair performance. In this paper, we propose a method to detect the occurrence of a bottleneck between a user and a server as well as to determine the location of that bottleneck. Using information concerning the location of the bottleneck, we may detremine the group of servers affected by that bottleneck. In server seletoin process, our proposed server selecting method is enabled to have more effcient processing using information of the groupe of servers.
