Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper shows the implementation of an optical switch control system for best-effort-based multi-wavelength path assignment services in DWDM networks based on the SLAMNet (Statistical Lambda Multiplexing Network) that provides dynamic path assignment capabilities without signaling between nodes. We demonstrate the performance of our test system and show the applicability to the burst traffic observed in backbone networks.
