Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a study of a multicast communication method, which can synchronize to deliver within a SLA of a time deviation. First, the SLA is converted into a SLA penalty function. Convoluting the SLA penalty function and prediction errors of communication channel state individually generates penalty functions of clients. The clients are divided into some groups. The number of group is calculated by the maximum bandwidth of the delivery server. And, the timings of delivery are decided to minimize the penalties of each group. The estimation method of communication channel state, the penalty function and the method of timing decision are mentioned in detail.
