| 抄録(和) | 国内外を問わず、インターネットを活用して地域に根ざしたサイバーコミュニティを構築し、地域活性化を図ろうとする動きが顕在化しつつある。欧米の先進的なローカル型サイバーコミュニティの事例に基づき、ローカル型・サイバーコミュニティ活動に必要な3要素(リテラシー教育, インフラ整備・運用, コンテンツの充実)を抽出し、欧米と日本のサイバーコミュニティ活動の差異について論じる。 |
| 抄録(英) | In and outside the country is not asked, but the cyber-community that utilized the Internet and took hold on the area is built, and the motion which is going to attain local activation is actualizing. Based on the example of a European and American advanced local type cyber-community, three elements (information literacy education, maintenance and employment of Network infrastructure, fullness of contents) required for a local type and cyber-community activity are extracted, and the difference in cyber-community activity of the West and Japan is discussed. |
