| Abstract(in English) | In and outside the country is not asked, but the cyber-community that utilized the Internet and took hold on the area is built, and the motion which is going to attain local activation is actualizing. Based on the example of a European and American advanced local type cyber-community, three elements (information literacy education, maintenance and employment of Network infrastructure, fullness of contents) required for a local type and cyber-community activity are extracted, and the difference in cyber-community activity of the West and Japan is discussed. |
