Abstract(in English) In recent years, the problem of the network security has become aggravated as the Internet develops. However, it is said that the one which happens inside of organizations is 80% in the problem of the network security. Individual information leakage by inside of organizations is a serious especially problem. We propose a data encryption technique to prevent information leakage from the inside of organizations.
