Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new content-routing system(CRS) that is capable of dynamically switching between domain name system(DNS) and Layer-7 server selections for Content Delivery Network. Conventional CRSs have the complementary problems relating to QoS and overhead time. We propose a new CRS that is able to ensure QoS by using Layer-7 CRS and also able to improve overhead time by using DNS-based CRS at the sequent accesses from the same client. Our performance simulation result shows that the proposed CRS achieves a 90% reduction of download time and several-second reduction of overhead time.
