Abstract(in English)	Next generation network is considered to be realized by seamless connection of various networks. The role of network management is changing from basic management such as connectivity or performance management to stable service, reliability, security and efficiency of networks. Network management system has to cope with complicated environment with intelligence. In this paper, we first describe the basic network management style based on SNMP. Then we introduce some approaches of our research group toward realization of intelligent management. Finally, we discuss the future prospects of network management.
