Abstract(in English) With the progress of services using Internet, two mechanisms are becoming necessary conditions for the servers which offer such services: (1)we can realize high availability servers that they never stop the services even if a fault happens, and (2)we can realize new service at low cost for a short period of time. In this paper, we propose PREGMA for high availability and low cost with the mechanisms. We show the effectiveness of PREGMA through experimental studies.
