Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multicasting a data stream is an attractive network service. It can be naturally commercialized as multicasting the stream with advertisements. Such commercial services are made more effective if advertisements are attached adaptively to the stream according to the clients' tastes obtained by using bidirectional characteristics of networks. This paper proposes an efficient and adaptive advertisement attachment protocol and shows its implementation on active networks.
