Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Internet is not suited to real-time communication applications that need good QoS (Quality of Service), because Internet is Connectionless and Best Effort type of network. IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) has developed RSVP (Resource reservation protocol), which tries to reserve bandwidth to guarantee communication quality. However RSVP is not able to guarantee all requested communication quality completely. In this report, we improve Waiting Bandwidth Reservation system as an additional service of RSVP in order to ensure reserve bandwidth for communications.
