Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we study to consider dynamic file allocation in distributed networks. In distributed systems, especially in Web Server Environments, the demands to files(or contents) are often fluctuating sharply in a part of networks. Therefore, it is one of the most important problems how to assign the same kinds files into the servers appropriately and balance the whole network loads. However, in load balancing, we must consider many conditions, such as the files allocation cost, the files transfer cost, and the load conditions of servers. In our study, we consider dynamic file allocation in a view of the cost and the network load.
