Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, business models of IP networks supporting QoS are discussed, especially in terms of accounting. Taiffs for QoS services would be almost flat rate, but also should have traffic dependent part, because an enormous amount of traffic is prospected without an incentive to save unnecessary traffic. And in order to guarantee QoS in any sense, admission cntrol can not be omitted to avoid congestion. Regarding unit of traffic for accounting and admission control, product of maximum bandwidth and duration time is appropriate in comparison with the number of bytes or packets.
