Abstract(in English) We have implemented the active network platform which is based on assembly code called as stream code because active networks are useful to provide network services customized to individual users. In order to achieve a congestion control mechanism customized to individual users, we have implemented two kinds of routing protocol and a congestion detection protocol. In this congestion control mechanism, a proper routing protocol is selected based on a priority of user traffic. This paper shows how a routing function and a congestion detection function achieve a congestion control by describing the implementation of the above protocols over active networks.
