Abstract(in English) | Flow characterization based on a measurement is required for efficient network provisioning. In this paper, we analyze the relation between link utilization ratio and flow characteristics, especially flow level QoS using several measured data. Our analysis shows that bandwidth usage and flow arrival rate is in proportional when link utilization ratio is low, and number of active flow increases nonlinearly when link utilization ratio is high. |
