| Abstract(in English) | In order to improve the QoS of Networks, it is important to know the QoS at that time by the data obtained in the short interval. So we are measuring the metrics such that packet loss, RTT, etc.under the constant traffic load in order to find if it is possible or not to judge the QoS level at that time by these data. In this paper we report the measured data including the ones that indicate the periodicity over the network, and the consideration about the possibility to judge the QoS level. |
