| 抄録(和) | 近年, インターネット上において, ビデオやIP電話等の低遅延, 低ジッタが要求される実時間通信のトラヒックが急増している.そのため, アプリケーション等の単位でトラヒックを集約して制御するCoS(Class of Service)が注目されている.CoSを実現する有力なキュー制御法の一つであるCBQ(Class Based Queueing)は高効率の帯域制御を動的に行うことが可能である.しかし, その帯域制御は実時間通信には必ずしも有効に働かない.本文ではCBQの動的制御が実時間通信に及ぼす影響を実験を通じて明らかにし, CBQの帯域割り当て自体に優先制御の概念を導入することにより不必要な制御のオーバーヘッドを回避し, 低遅延, 低ジッタの通信が可能となることを示す.また, 実システムを用いて有効性を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, traffic of realtime communication such as video streams or IP telephony increases rapidly in the Internet. The communication with low delay, low jitter are required for these services. Therefore, attentions to CoS(Class of Service) which using priority aggregated traffic by application and so on have been paid. The communication with CBQ(Class Based Queueing) is one of the means to realize CoS to control bandwidth in high precision. But because of the bandwidth control at congestion phase, the delay and jitter increase, so it influences realtime communication. In this paper we propose an useful technique to avoid the un-necessary control by changing dynamically bandwidth allocation of CBQ corresponding to traffic fluctuation. We show it can decrease the delay and jitter by experiment using actual system. |
