Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a networking architecture to provide a broadband wireless accessing service over a global networking service platform. This service is regarded as a optional advanced service provided with basic IP forwarding services. In this proposed architecture, service authentication processing, host location management processing, and routing control processing are perfonmed together to achieve low-latency hand over processing. This is effective to improve mobility. In addition to this control, geographical forwarding routes are optimized by means of short-cut forwarding between an ingress edge node and an egress edge node. This forwarding processing releases traffic concentration and, thus, the whole forwarding performance is improved over the platform. Therefore, broadband wireless accessing can be easily achieved.
