| 抄録(和) | 本論文では、次世代移動通信ネットワーク(IMT-2000)における、位置登録エリアの構成法について述べでいる。IMT-2000統合ネットワークでは、位置登録制御のように、回線/パケット交換の制御を連携させることができ、連携させない場合と比べ信号量の削減が可能である。従って、回線交換位置登録エリア(RA)とパケット交換位置登録エリア(LA)について、RA=LAが有効であることが考えられる。しかし、ページング制御のように、エリアを一致させない方が有効である制御についても考慮する必要がある。そこで、これらの制御時のネットワーク上送信される信号量を算出し、RA-LAが有効となる条件を明確にすべきである。具体的には、ページング制御の信号量、位置登録エリアに在圏する回線/パケット/同時利用ユーザの比率を可変とした場合のRA-LAの適応条件について検証する。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes the design method of a Routing Area (RA) of packet switching system and Location Area (LA) of circuit switching system in the next generation mobile communication network (IMT 2000). In the integrated network of the circuit/packet switching, it is possible for the coordination procedure to reduce the volume of the signaling traffic. So it is considered that RA=LA is effective in integrated network. However it is necessary to consider that the paging procedure is not effective to make RA=LA. In this paper it is shown how the volume of signaling traffic is calculated, which is transmitted on the network. It therefore proves that the condition RA=LA is effective. |
