Abstract(in English) In the ITU-T meeting,UPT(Universal Personal Telecommunications) signaling method for speech communication based on the 1-interface and out-channel control is discussing. To supply a thriffty radio data communication, this paper discusses the method of the radio data communication which can share with the speech communication based on the I-interface,that is X.31,and proposes the followings. (1)Incall and outcall registration including the D-channel packet communication is realized by the out-channel control(based on the Q.931). (2)Frame multiplex is proposed for the transmission method between the radio base station and the network. (3)The location registration is realized by the packet communication same as the speech terminus.
