| Abstract(in English) | Multiple signalling functions from simple ones to complicated ones are necessary to provide multimedia communication.It is difficult to prepare all these functions all at once and it is necessary to broaden the scope of signalling functions gradually according to the necessity of the function or the difficulty of protocol design. This paper clarifies the service regulation subjects to decide the scope of these multiple signalling functions.Then,the examples of service which are able to be provided with the signalling functions,e.g.multipoint connection and multiconnection,which are agreed to be discussed in ITU-T first. |
