Evaluation of Service Operation System Architecture and Platform

Abstract(in English) In the current environment,sharing data and functions among different operation systems is difficult because each operation system has been designed for a specific purpose.One method to solve this problem is to establish an operation system platform architecture which clearly separates shared data and functions from specific operation functions.We developed a service operation system for the intelligent network services,which is based on this operation system platform architecture.This paper shows an evaluation about the development efficiency using this architecture clearly separating HMI workstations and a platform.By employing this method,about 65 % of existing software was able to be reused for a newly developed system.It is confirmed that this platform architecture is very effective in the efficient software development.
