Abstract(in English) | Numbering Plan plays a very important role in realizing interconnectivity and accessibility of telecommunication services in the trend of globalization.This paper illustrates the recent status of international standardization activity on Numberin Plan in SG2, ITU-T focusin,on the discussion concerning globalization of telecommunications services.Application of the International ISDN number defined in Recommendation E.164 to global services and utilization of Country Code as service identification have been discussed in SG2.This paper describes their advantages and items for further study.It also presents the discussion of numbering plan for the detailed services,e.g.Universal International Freephone and UPT. |
