| Abstract(in English) | We describe communication control mechanism to fit a quality change of a communication line. This communication control system grasps a change of quality of a communication line and controls each parameter to control data communication and aims at maximization of communication efficiency. On this account we formulate and analyze communication time. And, about each parameter to control data communication, we make the nature clear. |
