Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When the packets congestion occurred by the aggregated packets in IP Network, serveral packets are discarded at congested router, which causes degradation of total response time. Recently, the larger the network size and the transferred data size, the more significant the difference of response time under sparse/congested condition. In this paper, we propose the selective congestion avoidance control scheme. It is flow based control and gives high priority to older data flow. It is found that this scheme keeps the response time of data flow small even if congestion occurred.
