Abstract(in English) A Global Networking Service Platform that network management is easy is examined as the next generation communication infrastructure caused by the rapid increase of the Internet user in recent years. The separation of the transfer control Treatment and the routing control treatment is given to it as a the characteristics of this platform. Compare routing control treatment with the usual routing control treatment by the combination of the default transfer and cut through transfer in this, and the high-speed transfer of packet is realized with little routing information. In this paper, Default Forwarder which does the routing treatment of packet at the time of the time of the default transfer in this platform is queuing model, and the modeling it supposed to have all user packets transferred with TCP was done, packets treatment ability of Default Forwarder was explained by the simulation. And, it went to the place this result estimation of the number of the accommodation members of one unit of Default Forwarder.
