| Abstract(in English) | In the field trial of Regional Community Network System conducted in NTT Hayashi company house, we send out a questionnaire to all participants, in order to examine participant's computer skill level, interests and communication patterns. The result indicates that participants' use frequency is negatively correlated to participants' skill level. This article reports the results and discusses its background, proving that off-line communication with other participants is a major factor to encourage to use network services. |
