Abstract(in English)	This document proposes DB management functional VIB(Virtual Information Base)of OSS(Operation Support System)by analysing our business that include planning, designing, registration, maintenance and customer care in our network and by defining a business model. Owing to the presence of network structure data and two-dimensional data of application as our business data, we organized hybrid DB(OODB+RDB)access control VIB utilizing both features of those data and we confirmed the possibility of realization.
