Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The stream transmission system in the next generation will be required to have a scalability which is adapted to the resource/load variations. This paper proposes a dynamic rate control method for compressed continuous stream and a QoS autonomous control mechanism which adjusts the quality of transmitting stream based on load measuring dynamically. The paper also reports some results obtained from a prototype implementation.
