Abstract(in English)	The need for Quality of Service (QoS) guarantees at the end-systems such as workstations and personal computers has been growing not only for stand-alone continuous media (audio and video) applications but also for computer communications. In this paper, we propose an event scheduling scheme to guarntee QoS and report its implementation and performance evaluation results.
