Abstract(in English) Recently even on IP networks, which normally bring packet datagrams to users with not a guarantee but the best effort, there are many requests of QoS that enables real-time communications. In these circumstances, network routers become to have elements of time-switching function as making some queues due to grades of priorities. In this paper we propose a new QoS, "Describing Final-Arrival-Time of Packet Datagrams", and evaluate its performance by computer simulations.
