Abstract(in English) This paper presents a method of telecommunication network element(NE)administration under multi-service traffic environment. The main purpose of NE administration is to keep the quality with minimum cost.Variety of services and complex user systems bring new difficulties to adnimistration, such as performance evaluation of heavy and peaky traffic users.
