Abstract(in English) | The TMN(Telecommunications Management Network),which is being studied by ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union- Telecommunication standerdization),is going to deal with the management of a transmission network as a single entity;this is called the network view.This paper clarifies the requirements for the network view by using the concept of ″management domain″ and an analyzing methodology that is proposed from the viewpoint of network lifecycle and structures.We also study two crucial issues related to network lifecycle:one is data consistency at the Creation, Deletion Phase of networks and the other is the access control mechanism for multiple OSFs(Operations System Function blocks). |
