Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The diversity of network services requires sophisticated network management systems(NMS).To deal with the complexity of management, it is nessesary to devide network resources and activities into domains. They are co-operating management modules characterized by a management policy,a type or location of managed resources, etc. In this paper,we describe the multi-domain network management concept which allows an NMS user to take a single-domain viewpoint under the multi-domain environment. We also discuss the implementational issues of our model.
