Concept and Architecture of Service Management for Enterprise Networks

Abstract(in English) Now and today, each corporation constructs own enterprise network that includes networks and client-server information systems in order to win in business competition. Downsizing decreases hardware cost, but increases maintenance and operation cost. This report proposes that service management is able to decrease the cost. Service management concept can be applied to not only services provided by telecommunication careers, but also ordinal enterprise networks and outsourcing field. And it describes roles of people about enteprise network, relationship between them and service management, the architecture and examples of service management functions.
