| Abstract(in English) | Concepts for next-generation education system and medical treatment system are presented. The main concept is to offer the educational and medical services whenever anyone demands it at any place. One must use most of the features of multimedia communication network such as interactivity, broadcasting and accumulating, in order to realize the concrete shape of the concepts. The platform of the multimedia communication network consists of a combination of surface lines and satellite in order to broadcast fine pictures and movies. It has a lot of potential for home learning systems and remote-controlled examination systems. |
