Abstract(in English)	In future multimedia networks, such as broad-band ISDN, users will be able to freely choose from a large number of services, resulting in more flexible organizations. However, users will have to be much more conversant with network usage to make the most of all these features. The B-ISDN era will need an artificial adviser to usher in the multimedia era by helping users to choose the most suitable communication method from among a wide range of choices. This paper proposes the Communication Service Consultation Enviornment based on network usage information, and Communication Service Distance that realize communication service proposing from user requests.
