Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes the guided restoration algorithm invoked at different timing, which is a scalable self-healing algorithm that takes into account priority levels for VPs. The modified guided restoration algorithm is a scalable self healing algorithm that is triggered at first for the higher priority VPs and, after a period of time, for the lower priority VPs. As a result, VPs' restoration processes are more distributed in time and, especially in the case of multiple failures, the spare resources available throughout the network can be utilized in a more efficient way. The evaluation results obtained show that the modified algorithm is superior to the previous one in terms of restoration ratio and restoration time for the higher priority VPs and the restoration ratio for the total VPs.
