Abstract(in English) Those who surround multi-media services such as Video on demand and Game are various service and contents providers, network carriers and customers. To assist operators in managing multi-media services, a service operation system which visualizes service condition will be required. This paper describes the multi-media service operation business, functions required to support it, and the functions and the graphical user interface provided by CAT-S.
