Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, personal satellite communication has been used widely, due to cost-efficiency and its portability. However, the number of required satellite channels increase in propotion to the number of earth stations. Therfore, if TV conference via a satellite, is one of major applications among personal communications, the conference systems have to be careful about waste of satellite channels. In this study, we propose inbound and outbound satellite communication network control system, to manage satellite channels effectively. We also propose two switching methods having priority to new speaker and to old speaker with emergence of capture effect, and studied switching over time.
