| Abstract(in English) | In general, telecommunication services supporrt communications among users who have will to communicate each other. But in the future, it will become important that telecommunication services support under communication stage that is encounter. To suport encounters on networks, it is necssary to monitor users' behavior or circumstances. In this paper, we introduce "Communication Distance" which conceptualize the quantity of relationship among users using various network informations collected and managed by networks. And we propose a new service which make users discover subconscious valuable communication chances and it's method and machanism architecture to realize. |
